SATISFACTION GUARANTEED Since 1937, J.P. Grimard Inc. has been committed to customer satisfaction. This commitment also applies to its online purchasing service. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have ordered, you can send it back to us. We will then refund you. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees with the exception of an item that was damaged before it was received or if we are responsible for a delivery sent to you by mistake. WARRANTEE ASSOCIATED TO THE PURCHASE OF MERCHANDISE The luggage available on our website has a warrantee against all manufacturers' defects, and this for a period that can vary between 5 years and an unlimited period of time (lifetime warranty). For your information, the warrantee associated to the luggage advertised is stated below each item. As for other various items, these are under warrantee for a maximum period of up to 90 days (this warrantee is implied and does not appear on the screen). We strongly recommend you keep your receipt in order to, if need be, claim your warrantee since our authorized service centre is in Montreal, Quebec (Canada) and will require you to produce a proof of purchase. All other authorized service centre will require the same. Please note that the consumer is responsible for any shipping fees for returned items. The warrantee offered by all manufacturers does not cover wear and tear of items or damage caused by handling of items by various transport companies. Consequently, we recommend you verify your luggage before handing it over to a transport company (whether it be by air or land) and to inspect them upon arrival. If damage occurs as a result of the way the luggage was handled by a transport company, proceed to make your required claim with the transport company before leaving the premises (airport, station, terminus).
